Lost Lake Park. Simply Beautiful!

If you have been here before you know what we mean.

Nestled amongst the trees, the municipal park trails take you to breathtaking vistas overlooking Lost Lake and both Whistler and Blackcomb mountains. You would be hard pressed to find a more idyllic setting on a sunny afternoon or a crisp winter night.

The Trails

The 32km of impeccably groomed trails are suitable for novice skiers right through to expert. The trail system not only takes you throughout the Park, but also along the Chateau Whistler and Nicklaus North golf courses. The Resort Municipality of Whistler maintains the trail system daily and provides you with water stations, a warming hut and friendly volunteers to ensure your day is as perfect as the scenery! There is even 4km of trails with lighting to allow you to enjoy some of the trails well into the evening. Go to our FAQ section for more details on the trails.

Trail Maps

There are so many trails, you're advised to have a Trail Map with you. We provide them free of charge. But don't worry about getting lost because the trails are well marked with signs and maps. Click the image on the right for a larger view, or for additional detail and printing, download our PDF version of the trail map.

Snowshoe network

The Municipality has also developed a 10 km system of Snowshoe trails providing you with the option of enjoying Lost Lake Park without skiing. Snowshoe rentals are available from us at The Connection located adjacent to the Ticket Booth off Lorimer Rd. Trail passes are required for snowshoeing as well.

Just a short walk away

Lost Lake Park is a short walk from all locations in the Village. If you’re on foot, simply follow the pedestrian signs for Lost Lake Park and the Ticket Booth off of Lorimer Rd. You can also use the Free Village Shuttle and get dropped at the corner of Lorimer Rd. and Blackcomb Way where you are only minutes from our shop. We’re also easily accessed by vehicle with parking available in Lot 5 off Lorimer Road. See our 'Reach us' section.

Trail Fees

When you book a tour or lesson with The Connection, your trail pass is built into the price.
